Practicing the ideals of the scriptures is emphasized in these classes.
Summer Camp: Every year, the Vidyapith holds outdoor summer camps in natural surroundings for its students. In an atmosphere similar to the traditional Gurukul, students follow a comprehensive program that includes studies, service, and recreational activities. These camps stimulate the enthusiasm and interest of the students.
Annual Function: The students of the Vidyapith hold a special celebration every year to share their learning with their families and friends. Their talents find expression through music, dance, plays, recitations, and various other forms of art.
Special Celebrations: The Vidyapith celebrates religious festivals such as Ramnavami, Shivaratri, Janmashtami, Christmas, Buddha Jayanti, and the birthdays of great saints and teachers. Swami Vivekananda's birthday is celebrated as YOUTH DAY with an all day program of essay and speech competitions and seminars. An excursion is organized once a year for the families of the students, during which everyone participates in a whole day program.
Guest Speakers: The Vidyapith organizes special lectures of distinguished speakers to inspire and encourage students and parents.
